Flower Bay

“Flower Bay” opens onto a landscape straight out of another galaxy, like a mineral bay where light seems to emanate from the rock itself.

The work opens a passage to an inaccessible world, like the entrance to a cave lined with crystals, a subtle homage to Jules Verne and his “Journey to the Center of the Earth.” The walls seem to vibrate with an inner light, shaped by centuries of slow mineral formation. The eye might just as easily see an underwater seabed, where the enchantment of corals transforms the rock into a secret garden.

This hybrid vision invites an inner journey, at the frontier of dreams and science fiction, where the gaze explores worlds still inconceivable. Between a crystalline cave and a submerged reef, the work invites a motionless journey into the depths, where mystery and beauty merge.
